How to choose a good food menu

Tuesday 31 May 2016

Choosing the right pre-dawn meal menu will provide maximum energy so that we can fast without being disturbed due to drowsiness or body weakness. The following are my tips that may be useful for friends as well.

The food was good last meal:

1. Enough Carbohydrates

Choose food for sahur enough carbohydrates and protein. especially vegetable protein animal too. as a side dish, you can choose the meat or fish.

2. Try new

If forced no food for iftar remaining, do not make the rest of the food sebaga menu meal. because the food was not new anymore or residue will reduce the nutrient content in the menu.

3. Avoid fatty

Reduce fatty foods such as fried or coconut milk, because these foods will be heavy to digest the body. if it is so, your body will release much fluid, the results you will quickly become dehydrated.

4. Drinking milk

Drinking milk as a complement when dawn. especially if you are a heavy menu dawn, drinking milk can be done when breaking.

5. Fruits

Various sources of vitamins can be obtained from a variety of fruit. for sahur, apples and grapes is light enough you consume. but remember, do not overeat.

Well I guess the first sekin tips from me, sorry if there are wrong in typing. and also I have long sorry infrequently updated articles. survivors welcome the month of Ramadan.
